You will work in a cross functional team focused on investigating, preparing and analyzing suitable technology's to manufacture rotating electric motors.
You, as an Engineer, will work in a automatized production environment with high quality demands. Your work is mainly carried out in project form where You as the Manufacturing Engineer represents the Manufacturing Process.
The Challenge:
• Be a part of deploying BorgWarner 's future projects
• Find suitable technology's and processes for manufacturing rotating electric motors
• Negotiation, design review and commissioning of production equipment's
• Work with continues improvements and implementation in the manufacturing process
• Be the link between the Product Engineering and the Industrialization group
• Develop P-FMEA, control plan and instructions
• Validating Manufacturing Processes
• Capacity follow up and identifying bottle necks in the manufacturing process
• Balancing the manufacturing processes to minimize waste
• Be a part of trail runs together with the customer, compiling and analyzing the results
Your competence:
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. -ME or equivalent
• Prior work experience or knowledge in manufacturing/assembly of rotating electric machines
• Prior work experience or knowledge of test procedures of components in rotating electric machines
• Knowledge of statistical methods, CAD, MS Office
• Experience in validation methods
• Fluent in English, both oral and in writing
• Knowledge of P-FMEA methods
• Knowledge of commissioning of high volume Manufacturing/Assembly equipment
• A good understanding of components in productions processes e.g. pneumatic, servo technology or equivalent.
