Our ME Paint team focuses on implement products in our area in the production plants and our team enjoys working together and put emphasis on flexibility and cooperation. As Manufacturing Engineer you will be leading and coordinating the R&D - and manufacturing process in our area for future Lynk & Co cars. A truly cross-functional role where you will be finding new ways in painting to fulfill Automotive demands. Based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, you will be travelling regularly to Geely plants in China and Europe in this role, working closely with colleagues at both CEVT, Geely and Volvo.

Main focus in your role
* Participate in develop technical regulation and specification in cross functional teams for your area.
* Issue PII 's, Process and Inspection Instructions, in TeamCenter as well as follow up/ fine tune in prototype builds.
* Identify and error proof quality assurance
Qualifications and key attributes
* Several years of R&D or ME experience in Surface treatment like phosphating, EC, primer and/or paint.
* Practical experience from Automotive Surface treatment process body painting, plastic part painting or composite painting.
• Exprience in color and color-matching, 2-tone and work with apperance improvements.
* Great communication skills and fluency in English.
* Team player with ability to lead and coordinate projects.
