Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Change Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the seamless implementation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in our manufacturing processes, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing the impact of ECRs on production processes, materials, equipment, and resources. Your unwavering attention to detail will ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
As a problem-solving expert, you'll collaborate with teams to find creative solutions during the change management process. Your proactive leadership will keep change implementation on track, meeting established timelines and milestones.
In addition, you will serve as an SAP Key User, focusing on optimizing SAP for managing Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, and production planning (PP) master data. Your commitment to continuous improvement is crucial for enhancing the engineering change management process and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
What distinguish you:
To succeed in this role, following is preferred:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing engineering and change coordination as well as supply chain.
Proficiency in SAP PP for managing manufacturing processes, particularly in BOM, routing and further master data.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, PFMEA, and Control Plans is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset to evaluate the impact of engineering changes.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills as well as a continuous improvement mindset.
Problem-solving ability to resolve issues during change management.
Proactive monitoring of change implementation..
Knowledge of Routes and VT data creation is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Swedish
