About the job
Our customer is an international company and an actor on the global market located in Lund. As a Manual Software Tester you will be a part of a team, testing an application that has 100+ million users. The testing that you will be doing will have a huge impact on the product, team and users and you will have the possibility to gradually form the role as a vendor in the long-term.
You will be part of a scrum team, working on manual testing of existing and new functionalities. You will work together with 3 development teams that develops software that has daily and weekly needs to be tested. You will do the manual testing next to the automated testing that the team has, reporting bugs and creating test plans.
About you
To be successful in the role as a Manual Software Tester you have excellent communication skills, adept at agile management styles and driving for successful deliveries.
To be qualified for the position you have:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on manual software testing
• Experience with test driven development and continuous integration
• Experience in installing, configuring and using Windows OS
We think that you probably have a university degree within system science, civil engineering or similar. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written. Your passion is your interest in testing, software and product quality.

The position is a full time assignment of 11 months, starting August 1st. The position is located on-site in Lund at our customers office. Recruitment will be ongoing during the application period and you are welcome to send in your application as soon as possible, by 14th July the latest.
In the first step of the recruitment process you will receive a couple of tests to your e-mail. Adecco use these tests as a part of the process to secure the quality of the process. The responsible recruiter will then go through received applications continuously and make a selection. If you are one of the candidates to proceed you will be contacted for an interview by phone. The candidates selected for the next step in the process will be invited to meet the recruitment manager for a personal interview before meeting our customer.
