We are now looking for a new Managing Director (MD) for AQ Special Sheet Metal, in combination with the role as Site Manager (SM) in Lyrestad.
Tasks and responsibilities As a MD your will be responsible for the business development, growth and the financial result of AQ Special Sheet Metal AB. The responsibility includes the total business such as people, production, sales, purchasing, technical work, inventory, logistics and finance. Quality, safety and continuous improvement is critical for a successful and sustainable business.
It 's very important for us that you, both as a MD and SM, have a high level of engagement and ability to organize, operate and develop the organization. You will report to the Business Area Manager for BA Sheet Metal Processing.
To succeed in this role, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to deliver good and sustainable result. You are genuinely interested in people, business and production. You have a proven ability to be a confident leader, ability to deliver trust, honesty and self confidence in both customer and employee relations.
We do believe that it 's important that you to live close to the factory in Lyrestad or in its immediate area.
Since we are an international company, you need to be fluent in English.
What you probably have done before .... We require that you have experience from running an organization with P/L responsibility.
It 's also important that you have an experience from a manufacturing industry with high profile and demanding customers. And of course, a proven result of successful leadership is also important.

85 employees with a revenue of 160 MSEK and specialized in manufacturing welded components to the automotive industry. The other unit is in Lyrestad, 65 employees and a revenue of 80 MSEK and manufacturing welded components to the automotive industry and marine engines. The unit is also specialized in manufacturing of exhaust systems and mufflers.
