We are now looking for a Managing Director for Nordomatic Property technologies AB, a part of the Nordic region's largest independent specialist in climate-smart building automation, BMS (Building Management Systems) and smart services for property owners and construction companies. Areas of responsibility
As Managing Director, you will focus on setting the strategic direction to lead the Swedish business to continued growth and profitability, by strengthening culture and leadership. You have personnel and profit responsibility for the business and are expected to involve and lead others to continuously develop and streamline the organization. The responsibility as Management Director includes P&L responsibility of approximately SEK 55 million and personnel responsibility for ten people. The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Based on the group's overall strategy, set the strategic agenda with long-term and short-term goals.
• Responsible for developing the business according to the company's overall objectives
• Initiate and drive improvements in processes, organization, etc. to further strengthen offers and profitability.
• Grow the Swedish business organically
• Continue the transformation journey by further strengthening the service offerings to end customers, i.e. real estate companies and major players in the public and private sectors.
• Continue to work on the cultural journey and successfully integrate acquired companies and promote a culture of commitment and forward thinking.
• Participate in group-wide development projects
• Personnel responsibility incl. coaching and development of employees
The profile we are looking for
Nordomatic is looking for a strong leader with strategic ability and commercial drive combined with an interest in leadership and culture. To succeed in the role, proactivity, determination and high ambitions to develop the business, both strategically and operationally, are required. The leadership is coaching and trust-based with a strong ability to inspire and engage.
Requirements
• Experienced leader who has successfully developed businesses in the role of Managing Director or similar role.
• Experience of B2B.
• Academic degree or equivalent
• Good knowledge English in speech and writing.
• Experience of business within SaaS services and solutions
Preferred
• Experience from real estate related services, installation or software/IT.
• Experience of leading change and development projects, also with a focus on culture
• Experience of M&A and integration projects

• Result-focused, with the ability to independently drive towards set goals over time
• Strategic and analytical
• Development-oriented with a winning mentality
• Able to make decisions
• Strong communicator
• Very good leadership skills with the ability to create engagement and success with employees, both indirectly and directly.
