Do you have managing experience and wishes to develop a company in an international context? Are you a person who could lead the work of developing Kiwa Sverige AB to become the leading company within certification in the Nordic countries? To accomplish the challenges that Kiwa Sverige AB is facing they are now looking for a strategic and business oriented Managing Director. In the role as Managing Director your responsibility is to increase the position on the Nordic market. You will report results and progress to the Division Director for the Kiwa group and to the Swedish chairman of the board.
Publiceringsdatum2012-12-12Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Managing Director you will have the utmost responsibility for the Swedish organisation and to accomplish the pronounced goals. You will be a key figure in the development of the business and enable acquisitions. It's important that you are an operative leader who will set up defined goals in the company.
The main areas of the role as MD are:
• to act as manager for the company
• to manage the relations with existing and potential clients
• to be aware of how the legislative demands and regulations change and develop within the certification industry
• to support the Division Managers
• to make sure that the organisation increase its position on the Swedish market
• P&L.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are searching for a person who has:
• experience of P&L
• experience of sale
• economic skills in understanding financial reporting
• manager experience and proven people management skills
• knowledge of the Swedish regulations regarding revision and business law
• experience of decision making on financial KPI's
• international experience
• experience of negotiation.
An experience from the certification industry is positive, but not a requirement.
Personal skills which are important in the role as MD are ambitious, structured, outgoing and prestigeless. It's also of great importance that you have an articulated leadership capacity and that you are a fearless entrepreneur.
The employment entails travel in Sweden, the Nordics and Europe so it's significant that you speak both Swedish and English.
