Right now, we are looking for a Managing Director, a strong dynamic leader to take on the responsibility for developing and executing a new business area for Volvo CE with a solid reputation in Scandinavia as adaptor of construction and mining machinery for special applications.
You will be an entrepreneurial leader, able to develop an independent stand-alone business with its own profit and loss responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to grow the business topline and expand geographically taking your experience to the next level.
The successful candidate will be well positioned with proven success in this role, to aspire to a further career growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute on a long-term business plan
Oversee the company's financial performance, investments and other business ventures
Drive a dynamic operating environment for sales, procurement and technology, all in one operating unit
Implementation of agile project management and innovative business models.
Interact with global Sales and distribution units, to facilitate sales and marketing of the company's solution based products
Develop close cooperation with internal and external operating units for both current and future solution development
Critical competencies and experience:
Minimum of 10 years of management experience
Strong business and entrepreneurial mind set
Creative in developing business opportunities
Strong understanding of construction equipment/manufacturing industry
Personal credibility, integrity and creativity
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proven change management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to set stretch targets and to coach individuals to deliver outside their comfort zones
Proficiency in Swedish and English language is required
