Business Unit Nuclear (BU N) is a part of Business Division Production and responsible for all Nuclear Business within Vattenfall. BU N operates four nuclear power plants situated in Sweden and Germany; Ringhals, Forsmark, Krümmel and Brunsbüttel. Also included in the BU are companies SKB, KSU, Vf Fuel, Barsebäck Kraft AB, SVAFO and SQC. The BU had a production of 41.5 TWh during 2009 and has approximately 4000 employees.Job description and responsibilities* Experience of planning and co-ordinating meetings and make travel arrangements. * Administrative tasks as filing, meeting minutes, invoices and travel expenses* Preparing material and presentations* Mailbox, correspondence "on behalf of" * Responsible for archiving and support for our systems LiveLink and DMSQualifications * Relevant education (business administration)* Very good skills in using common IT applications (MS-Word, MS-Outlook, EXCEL, Power Point, SAP R/3* Fluent skills in spoken/written English and Swedish. German is a plus.* You have experience of working as an assistant for an executive.
