Do you want to lead and develop the business within the area of Workshop Test & Commissioning Support?
The Production unit in Lund is responsible for producing and delivering branded processing units for our global market. To ensure world class quality the Workshop Test & Commissioning Support team is responsible for the final testing of our units. As the team is conducted by highly skillful technicians we also have the responsibility to deliver hands on training to our Market Companies as well as our development organization. The team is furthermore responsible to support our 3 food categories with commissioning support. We are now looking for a Manager to take the responsibility to further develop our team.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage the assigned area and ensure that budgeted resources and competence is available
• Develop employees competence towards set targets and individual competence plans
• Take full responsibility for the working environment related to testing
• Drive maintenance activities
• Develop and implement processes and tools
• Drive different WCM activities

We believe that you have a University degree within engineering. Project Management skills will be considered as highly beneficial. You also have excellent English and Swedish skills, both written and spoken.
