We are looking to strengthen our department with a new colleague in the position as manager for our Workshop and Maintenance team. In this role you will lead the the building of our production equipment, together with our workshop and maintenance team ensure high availability and establish a maintenance strategy.
You will lead, develop and involve the team in the workshop and maintenance area. The team consists of competent and dedicated associates.
We also expect you to take the responsibility as a leader and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget by coordinating and executing the project plans. The role does also include membership in core teams for production development projects, representing the workshop and maintenance part in a full multi-functional team. Experience from risk-based maintenance is seen as a plus.

What you will be doing
Lead the workshop and maintenance team
Work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion
Assist in the development of project schedules and people requirements
Risk assessments and validation
Commissioning of equipment
Create a spare part and preventive maintenance strategy
Prioritization, resource allocation, analyses and follow up on corrective maintenance

What we need to see
Bachelor's in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or similar
Leadership experience
Project Management
Knowledge of CAD programs such as Eplan
Experience from Automation
Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens
Experience from commissioning equipment
Knowledge of applicable regulations, related codes, and standards
Broad technical skills/interest within machine/process development
Good communications skills
Fluent English in writing and speaking
