Stora Enso IT provides IT solutions and services to all Stora Enso's divisions and group functions. We are nearly 400 employees in 19 countries. Our employees are located at the office and mills, and at headquarter offices in Helsinki and Stockholm as well.

We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual who is ready to join the Infrastructure Journey and lead the Workplace team with co-operation of external and internal service providers. To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills that is able to work in a future oriented, fast paced and
demanding environment.

Goal is to drive standardisation and improve end - user productivity. You will be working closely with other IT teams to develop Workplace services with measurable targets. In this position you report to Head of the Infrastructure and End User support unit and be member of the management team.

Description
• Transform Workplace Services to enable a highly dynamic and mobile working experience by utilising new technologies
• Enable and maintain sustainable lifecycle management on the area of operations.
• Enforce activities towards streamlined and standardised directory services
• Manage and extend managed printing services across regions
• Coordinate/Monitor operational SLA/OLAs with suppliers
• Ensure coordination and cooperation with all service stakeholders, including other IT teams, suppliers and partners as well as with business/customers
• Bring in new ideas for improving your service for users
• Reporting on Service performance and other metrics and KPIs
• Budget and cost follow-up as well as other administrative tasks
• Lead the team of Workplace experts in multiple locations

Qualifications and Experience
• Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in information technology or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT service delivery management in field of Workplace services
• Experience in process improvement in a complex environment with a diverse stakeholder population
• Proven experience in building consensus and managing stakeholders to continuously improve delivery of services
• Familiarity with balancing cross-functional initiatives and the ability to communicate in all layers of the organization
• Proven experience in working with international vendors and contracts
• Proven successful experience on acting and/or change / transformation projects related new technologies
• Excellent leadership capabilities (lead other leaders, manage and motivate both employees and consultants in both daily works as well as in change)
• Working abroad (6 month+)
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement in IT
• Speaks & writes English well. Uses English on a daily basis.

We want you to have a solid analytic thinking and capacity to view things from a wider strategic perspective. You are strong typical team player. We also see that you are flexible and willing to travel.
