This position is located within Cross Functions, the Section with central IT-functions such as Change & Release Management, Operations Center, Incident- and Problem Management and Global Helpdesk to name a few. The area's importance as a central hub in the daily delivery is growing as the sourcing mix for H&M IT is diversifying increasingly.

The role as Manager with process ownership for Incident, Problem and Event management includes the end to end performance, design and roadmap for the processes within the scope. You ensure the alignment with H&M Business needs and demands. You are a member of the Process Office and collaborate closely with other Process Owners, Architects and Operational Teams and Vendors to ensure end to end efficiency and stability in H&M's IT platforms and solutions. You like to lead and inspire others.
To be successful in this role you are a strong and solution oriented Leader with a positive "make it happen" attitude and good communication skill. You manage to work in a structured way in a work environment with high pace and constant changes.
Your responsibilities
The job of an Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Process strategy and documentation
• Process maturity and performance
• Co-ordinates design decisions and activities with other Process Owners
• Ensure that all involved staff is trained in the process and understand their roles.
• Establish and monitor KPIs of the process
• Continual Process Improvement
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Senior Management experience from Helpdesk, Operations or Development area
• Several years' experience of process ownership or architecture within the ITSM area
• Good communication skill both in Swedish and English
It's a merit if you have experiences from modern multichannel solutions and ITSM tools.
