What will I do?
As Manager, Web Communications, you will play a leading role in driving change to work in a smart and efficient way around
www.axis.com and optimize our cross-functional work.
You will lead and inspire our digital editors' team as well as being an active communicator, not afraid of writing and editing content yourself.
You will play an active role in different cross-functional teams and projects to support content planning to execution and follow up for our global websites.
This is a challenging and exciting role where you get the chance to strengthen our global strategy and governance around the digital channels and tools in a dynamic company with great colleagues.
Job responsibilities
Managing the digital editors' team
Securing our overall web content structure and content plan
Initiate and interpret user surveys
Responsible for Editor guidelines & training
Together with the performance team, implement continuous content monitoring
Be familiar with the company's brand strategy and secure it in our digital channels
Support in various digital projects
What is your passion?
You are truly passionate about digital marketing & communication and the value it brings to both customers and business.
You are a good communicator with strong people and networking skills who knows how to analyze and improve core business processes.
Personal skills & qualifications
3 years' experience within digital marketing and communications
3-5 years' experience of managing teams within digital marketing & communications
Experience working with global websites and one or more Content Management Systems
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships
Being organized and structured comes naturally to you
Experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams and establish virtual teams and processes
Experience working for a global company or relevant agency experience
As a person, you are self-driven, outgoing and a responsive team player
Logical and analytical, with an ability to spot patterns, gaps and repetitions in content
Excellence in English, both written and oral is required
Some IT 'skills and experience working with several types of content marketing and marketing automation platforms
We expect you to be able to handle multiple activities simultaneously
To be considered for this position you need to have work experience within a relevant field from both marketing & communications as well as relevant technical experience in CMS.
Position
The position is placed at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. As Manager, Web Communications you report to the Manager, Digital channels and are a part of the Communications Team.
