To support our rapid growth, Axis is on a journey to expand our digital communications capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Manager, Web Communications.
Our central Web Communications Team is a fairly new and growing team that supports our business with an ambition to deliver excellent experience in all digital touchpoints to support our customers.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As Manager, Web Communications , you will play a leading role in driving change to work in a smart and efficient way around the digital channels and optimize our cross-functional work.
You will lead, drive and inspire the Web Communications Team.
This is a challenging and important position where you will get the chance to strengthening our global strategy and governance around the digital channels and tools in a dynamic company with great colleagues.
You will be a key driver of the digitalization of our marketing & communications activities in our vision to deliver relevant customer-centric communications in a smarter way.
Job Responsibilities includes:
Develop and optimize the work processes around our web, blog & social media channels to secure customer-centric approach in our digital channels
Lead the digital development and implementation of internal governance to secure efficient capability and processes; guidelines, trainings, forums, councils etc.
Support colleagues and content owners to aim for digital excellence and collaboration in cross-functional teams
Establish a global cooperation and team of web authors and editors
Secure a global framework of external agencies
Overall responsible to optimize Axis global web presence
Collaborate and secure an overall Axis web roadmap together with key stakeholders and Axis IT
Close collaboration with Axis IT web development team to ensure that all technical platforms and integrations supports and enables business requirements
Lead and grow the central team of 8-10 web communications experts
The position is placed at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. As Manager, Web Communications you report to the Director of Communications and is a part of the Communications Team.
WHAT IS YOUR PASSION?
To succeed in this position, you are a passionate and experienced leader with a proven track record in developing and running a digital team within a global organization.
You have experience of driving major change initiatives in a dynamic and growing organization and to build and deliver a clear team vision and bring forward the best in your team members.
You are a good communicator with strong people-, and networking skills who knows how to analyze and improve core business processes.
You are truly passionate about digital marketing & communications and the value it brings to both customers and business'.
Your personal skills & qualifications:
5-10 years of leadership experience
Experience from global companies or agency experience
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
You have a natural ability to build relationships
Being organized and structured comes natural to you
Experience and ability to manage cross functional teams and establish virtual teams and processes
As a person, you are self-driven, out-going and a responsive team player
Excellent in English, both written and oral is required
To be considered for this position you need to have a University degree within a relevant field and considerable work experience from both marketing & communications as well as relevant technical experience.
