hela Sverige Are you ready to take on an exciting leadership role to drive and improve customer value? As Manager Product Support Warranty, you are leading and continuously developing an international team of 12 skilled experts reporting to you. Your team has the task to handle, develop and improve the warranty process for our dealers, but also to resolve technical problems reported on our supporting systems. You will be reporting to Director Product Support and be a part of the Product Support management team.
Product Support sales region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) has the responsibility to support all dealers in the region on technical problems and warranty related questions. We solve problems, both directly verses our dealers, but also long term by acting as the primary input to drive further design improvements of our products and supporting systems.
Other important areas of your work will be to follow up on monthly performance figures and take actions to improve business and process.
In this highly visible role you will be in close contact with our dealers and our highly committed colleagues inside the sales region, as well as in the global functions in Volvo CE. We are currently developing new supporting systems for our business aiming at meeting the expectations of world class supporting tools.

You have a Technical and/or Commercial University degree and/or corresponding working experience. You also need experience as manager, project manager or team leader. It is advantageous with experience of working in international environments. Technical machine knowledge will help to understand your business. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
Core Responsibilities:
• Performance of the Warranty team in terms of response times, quality and availability
• Set, follow-up and report necessary actions in order to meet the Product Support targets
• Take active part in regional and global development of processes and systems
• Establish and secure open and trustful communication with dealers as well as other functions
• Continuous team and process development
• Secure we are driving the correct product development activities of supporting systems to improve quality
• Set and follow up the financial budget for all Warranty personnel
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience as manager, project manager or team leader - technical machine experience is an advantage
Minimum Education Required:
• Technical and/or Commercial University degree and/or corresponding working experience
