We are looking for an individual who has a large passion for cars. You have a drive to develop both yourself and the ones you are leading. You must want to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
The primary task is to manufacture the interior for the Koenigsegg cars.
The duties are amongst other things:
Fitting of leather for manufacturing of seats, carpets, panels and interior
Sewing of interior
Fitting of internal parts for the cars
Reviewing specs and other documentation for the cars
Setting the required amount of material used for the cars
Working with continuous improvements within upholstery
Participating with the development of new interior for coming models.
Decide of the manufacturing methods for the interior parts in the produced cars.
Responsibility for budget and time plan for production cars.
Performing annual reviews and salary reviews
Managing time-reporting in MONITOR
Skill Requirements:
Education and or experience in upholstery work at a high level
Good eye for details and delivering a first-class work in terms of quality and finish
Good communication skills in both English and Swedish
Driver's license
Deliverables:
Parts for the interior of the cars
Participation in the development process for interior
Assembly of interior
Adjustment and fitting of service cars destined for rebuild.
Concept interior for coming car models.
Work as a resource in the development project for new cars.
Work with service to delivery upgrades for new older cars
Manage staffing in the upholstery department, i.e. recruitment and associate development.
Follow up on department critical metrics.
