Responsibilities
As Manager for the Accounting Transaction Services team, you will hold an important role within the Nordic region and manage a team of 12 persons. The Transaction Services department has overall responsibility for accounting transactions for 7 legal entities. The department's main responsibilities are Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Travel Expenses and Projects. The company is in a process of transformation and you will play an important role in the transformation work for the Nordic region. You will lead the work with Intelligent Automation and drive the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation for Finance. You will ensure quality and compliance with existing processes, as well as initiate and implement system and process improvements.
Background / Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master 's degree within accounting.
A minimum of 5 - 7 years working experience from accounting and transactions.
Preferably a few years' experience from leading teams.
A great interest in IT.
Previous experience of managing projects and seeking improvements within the field.
Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Swedish.
Preferably you are familiar with Movex.
Desirable Robotic Process Automation knowledge.
