Your Responsibility
As a part of a team that is linked to Scania's global digitalisation strategy, you will develop and safeguard one of Scania's most important services, Scania Maintenance with Flexible Plans. We develop and maintain a tailor-made flexible maintenance service that optimize our customers' vehicles visits to our repair shops based on real time usage and performance information. The Flexible Plans are currently in use in Europe and roll-out continues globally.

Your profile
Service Delivery IT needs new leaders that dare to drive change and constantly challenge the way we are working. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both teams and individuals. You are a good coach for people and can adapt your leadership skills to different situations. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is vital in driving the development of both teams and individuals.
Having a close dialogue and a close cooperation with the business and users are instinctive to you, as is understanding your team's deliverables. You also have good knowledge in IT and like to participate in technical discussions. You have a deep understanding of the agile manifesto and what it truly stands for. You build teams knowing that diversity maximizes performance. You are a servant leader that coach teams in their journey to continuously improve and reach new insights of their and your own abilities.
You are willing to drive changes in your surroundings to challenge old structures and patterns.
