hela Sverige Within Process, Methods & IT Tools we provide services to TRATON Group Solution Development through business analysis and architecture, change management, initiative facilitation and lead, visualisation and education etc. We currently focus our efforts within the areas of Simulation, Testing, Legal demands and Information management.
The Information Security & Privacy Office supports Solution Development with expertise within the areas of information security and privacy. The responsibility area of the team coves everything from evaluations and assessments, establishing guidelines and methods, incident handling, assignment lead to prototype protection.
Going forward the team need to take part in establishing information security collaboration across TRATON Group Solution Development.
Your responsibilities
Your main task will be to lead and support knowledgeable and committed employees in their cross-functional, cross-brand work to enable clarity and collaboration within the information security area for group Solution Development.
You are also expected to actively contribute to the development of both the line organisation and the flow where the team is a part of VCT Information Management.
Your profile
You are an experienced manager and leader and know how to inspire, motivate and coach both the members of your team and other stakeholders. You communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial to creating the right conditions for group and individual to succeed.
To be succesful in your role you need to be experienced in managing complex areas with stakeholders on all organizational levels up to executive management. You have the ability to make sense of difficult topics, visualize and describe them to anyone. We think you already have wide network within different functions within Scania and TRATON
You have the ability and interest to take on a broad and strategic perspective within the domain but also be able to understand the nitty gritty of what your team is up to.
Experience from working in an agile environment with lean principles, in a team-based format, is desirable.
