If so, the role of Test Factory Manager can be the opportunity. Withing D&E Systems Engineering & Quality department we are looking a Manager Test Factory, who will be responsible for leading one of the Lund Test Factory teams with the mandate to execute V&V strategies, deploying a newly defined way of working to support the strategic initiatives and securing the whole capability in place (competences and equipment).
What you will do
As a Test Factory Manager, you will:
Lead the test factory team to execute V&V strategies with a continuous improvement approach, deploying a structured test execution based on the new V&V operating model
Map and develop physical testing competences x-Test Factories to meet current and future needs ensuring flexibility and sustainability in the long term
Manage test facilities and equipment, ensuring the test environment meets the given safety and quality requirements
Drive strong cooperation with System V&V Capability and Modelling team to integrate the system view in the execution.
Have a continuous dialogue with Programme management organizations to secure best resource allocation based on competence needs
The position is based in Lund, Sweden
Who you are
We believe you have a University degree or equivalent in Engineering and you are fluent in English and Swedish, verbally as well as in writing.
To be successful in this position you should have at least 3 years relevant working experience within Tetra Pak with a good knowledge of our products
You already gained some experience in a people leader role, either formal or informal.
In this position you will make good use of your communications and collaboration skills. As a person you have good leadership and influencing skills
As a successful candidate you have strong analytical skills with high personal drive and result orientation
You are able to create strong professional network at different levels and you are flexible to manage different requests of key stakeholders.
