Job Summary:
The Manager of Technical Support will oversee and manage our team of Technical Specialists taking care of first line support to our European Customers and second line support to our International Service Regions and their customers. You will also be a key player in our Equipment Performance Improvement Process and the liaison in our approach to Sustainable Packaging.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate first line Technical Support and field resources for European Customers
Coordinate the second line support provided to our International Service Regions and their Customers
Collect and analyze deviations allowing us to better understand problem areas and root cause in order to drive improvements
Lead and develop our Senior team with Technical Specialists
Be the liaison between critical departments in our system approach to Sustainable Packaging
Follow the Quality System, procedures and routines within the company. Work on continuous improvements of Quality System, procedures and routines within the company.
Education and Experience:
Masters degree in Science and minimum 3 years' leadership experience in similar function
Experience from liquid food processing & packaging solutions
Skills and Competencies:
Strong customer orientation
Six sigma black belt
Initiative and drive
Accountability and Integrity
