Systems Engineering is a new way of working for Tetra Pak which will enable a Faster, Better and Cheaper Product Creation process. The Systems Engineering Methodology group' s first priority is to help our internal customers develop their people into World Class Engineers in order that they can deliver World Class Products to the market in record time. We aim to connect the Tetra Pak technical community in order to facilitate the sharing of engineering knowledge and best practices. We are now looking for a manager to lead our group of 12 employees.
In the role you will manage and lead the group that support the on-going deployment of Systems Engineering Methodologies within Product Creation organizations e.g. Carton Value, Packaging Technology etc.
Your tasks will be:
• Full personnel and budget responsibilities
• Drive activities to support the implementation of System Engineering with in Tetra Pak
• Manage the development of new World Class Engineering procedure e.g. Physical Verification in addition to managing the maintenance and delivery of existing procedure e.g. WCE Robust Design
• Map our competences and see to that we can meet our requirements
• Understand the platforms needs and use of System Engineering and see to that our group can deliver on those needs
Publiceringsdatum2009-04-16KvalifikationerTo lead the group you will need to be a coaching leader with clear goals and visions. You are a strong communicator and have a clear focus and experience of change management. Process orientation is a natural choice for you.
You have an educational background in engineering. We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience in a leading role in Systems Engineering or quality within product development. You also have been driving change management projects. If you have experience from quality tools such as World Class Engineering this will be considered as a merit.
