Your role
As Manager Systems and Project Management in department Command and Control West, you will lead our highly experienced software architects, systems engineers and sub-project managers ensuring deliverance of high quality and efficient command, control and communication solutions. You will be an active member in the management team together with three other section managers and be part of our journey to grow and develop ways of working. You will have line responsibility for around 15 employees.
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and travel is occasionally required, mainly to local sites.
The main tasks are:

Design responsibility for our C2 software solutions

Leading, coaching and developing an experienced organization towards more efficient deliveries

Interacting with other parts of Radar Solutions, securing efficient collaboration between involved organizations

Competence development and resource planning
*
Work environment responsibility for own staff

Cost center budget and result
Your profile
We are looking for an experienced leader and a person with a passion to identify possibilities, act on them and to challenge the organization to become more effective. You have a technical interest in our products while keeping a holistic perspective. To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate very strong collaboration-, leadership- and change management skills.
You are a good communicator, fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Your personality is characterized by a coaching attitude and a prestigeless willingness to succeed at all times.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of developing management systems for our radars used within the ground based air defense domain. The department consists of approximately 60 employees and consultants and we plan to grow. We have the whole chain of competences from demand to delivery and project management within our domain.
We work closely together in creating an engaging, including work environment with good communication, visualization and transparency.
