We are looking for you, who has Leadership experience and the right skills to challenging and coaching the team. Experiences within management team, developing of efficient teams as well as working in and leading Global organization are meritorious.
You will lead and develop the System Verification & Validation group. The team consists of HIL rig Engineers, SW or System Verification Engineers and Test Operators.
Mission
In this role you are involved in all phases of the product development : From the early phase, to the functional check and finally to the product in the customer's hands.
You can directly influence the customer experience and especially the quality of Epiroc delivery to our customers.
In the ongoing transformation this new formed group will have an important role and focus areas will be:
• Secure efficient V&V process in regards of System and Software
• Develop the HIL rig capabilities and usages
• Develop cooperation with TIN (our internal SW provider) and other R&D teams to improve the quality and the efficiency of the V&V process and tasks.
In this position you will be part of the Verification & Validation management team.
Your profile
You have a university degree in a relevant area or other highly qualified engineering
background.
We believe you have some years of professional experience within R&D and you are used to working in the chain from bringing ideas from an initial concept to serial production.
To enjoy the work you are self-propelled, responsible and your work is effectively planned to meet deadlines. You have a structured and analytical approach, enjoy combining theory and practice and you like working with details and getting the job done to our customers satisfaction.
Furthermore, you have good interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork and a collaborative environment where communication is key.
Since your work includes many local and global contacts it is required that English skills (verbal and written) are fluent and an understanding of Swedish.
You have good knowledge in Project Management, Verification and Validation, Software development and/or System Engineering and have preferable some leader background.
Location and travel
This position is in Örebro, Sweden. Local terms and conditions will apply, depending on the successful candidate's current location. Occasional global travel is required.
