Description
As Manager System Issue Management, you will lead a team located both in Lund and Modena, (Italy) and whose overall responsibilities will be to screen technical issues and dispatch escalated issues while proactively supporting clusters and markets to solve non escalated issues.
Other areas will be monitoring and supporting of level 3 escalations, including visual management and stakeholder communication. You will also be responsible to provide Issue Resolution Leaders to drive complex cross-functional/organizational technical issues.
The team is also responsible for continuous improvement activities for the Product Life Cycle process. Since Issue Resolution now is well established, it is time to take the next step in the work to contribute to faster issue resolution and to solve more issues.
The role is based in Lund and will report to the Technical Support Director within our Technical Service organisation. Some travelling will be required.
Main responsibilities
• Receive, complete and analyse technical issues
• Follow-up on execution of escalated issues until handover to final root-cause owner and to ensure visual management during the entire process
• Drive the competence and usage of Problem Solving Methodology within the company
• Lead complex issue resolution cases, following our Problem Solving Methodology
• Drive continuous improvement of methodology and tools
• Drive competence development of Global Experts and Capability Managers workforce
• Drive continuous improvements of Product Life Cycle process, procedures, standards and tools
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have experience from leading people, having demonstrated the ability to motivate and build effective teams and drive change.
We are looking for a results oriented leader with excellent customer and business understanding. Furthermore, you are proactive and have the ability and motivation to drive and implement change. To have a strong and established network is key to be successful in this role as well as having the ability to work across borders.
We believe you have a University degree within Business Administration or similar. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
