Take the chance to become our new Manager System Integration & Verification in Varberg!
We are looking for an experienced Line Manager and leader for our Packet Logic System Integration & Verification. In this role you will be responsible for the test and quality assurance strategy, as well as ensuring the product has the right quality when released to the market. You will also make sure we have the needed competence, tools and lab equipment available, to ensure we can perform the test activities in time for software and hardware release.
Your team consists of 10-12 persons, including test, tools and lab engineers and you will report to the VP and Head of R&D.
Responsibilities
In this fun and dynamic role, you are a key stakeholder for quality, software/hardware release and building a team of Packet Logic system experts.
Your key responsibilities will be;
• Process Management - development and continuous improvement of the test and quality assurance
process for the whole development organization.
• Visualize status and progress in the System I&V activities, analyze and communicate risks and
recommendations prior to releasing software and hardware to customers.
• Identify past, current and future problems via fault slip-through analysis and implement actions to
increase overall product quality.
• Salary setting, individual performance management, competence and career development, recruitment,
vacation/overtime management, etc.
Skills & Competence
To be able to thrive and deliver in this role you need to have a documented experience in following;
Deep knowledge about SW Development in general and specifically Test and Quality Assurance, preferably of large, real time systems.
You need to be a well structured, driven person that likes to lead people, have a passion to win and generates energy in your team and among your colleagues.
You know situational leadership and are excellent in change management and know how to motivate and drive your employees to meet our/their targets and excel in performance.
Besides this you should have basic product, market, business and domain competence and be fluent in English, both in speech and in writing.
We believe you have a university or equal, for the position, relevant educational background.
