Mangement of the SW & Controls Driveline department, focussing on Powertrain control. The department size is 10-15 staff with the expectation to grow over time.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for fulfilment of legal requirements for Driveline SW and Control
Responsible for methods and tools for Driveline SW and Control design, especially model based design
Responsible for design and installation guidelines for SW and Control
Responsible for externally sourcing of Driveline SW and Control
Responsible for deliveries to NP, PM and AE projects in order to deliver technical solutions fulfilling cost and quality targets according to agreed time plans
Responsible for contributing to Driveline Systems development Strategy
Responsible to develop synergies and increasing commonality within the global driveline system organization
Responsible for department expenses
Contribute to technology strategy

Minimum Years of Experience Required
5 - 10 years SW and control experience in an automotive environment
