As Manager Supply Chain you are operating the supply chain activities and leading a team, in order to fulfil your responsibilities. You will drive and develop the efficiency in the supply chain process and administration based on continuous improvements. We offer you a challenging position in a dynamic organization with great technical know-how.
Within Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment - Sealing & Creasing is the responsible unit for all supply of sealing equipment and creasing tools to the Tetra Pak group.
Main responsibilities
• Assure our fulfilment of customer requirements throughout the complete supply chain
• Assure the supply of raw materials and semi materials for our internal production
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with our business partners
• Develop competence and manage performance review of the resources in the department
• Supply chain pillar leader

Furthermore, we need someone with high personal drive and a team attitude as you will be a member of the management team. We believe you have an open personality who can influence colleagues in an informal way. You are able to foresee issues and solve them in a systematic and pragmatic way.
You have a university degree in Engineering or similar. We see that you have approx. 5 years of working experience within product manufacturing and experience from Supplier management. You possess a good knowledge in the Microsoft Office package and experience SAP R3 is a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
