Job Title: Manager Supplier Quality
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (hybrid)
Job Description
Do you have an interest in maintaining high standards in quality? Are you ready to lead a team and drive continuous improvement? Galderma is looking for a Manager Supplier Quality for the Uppsala site!
As Manager Supplier Quality you will be leading a team of four. Your role will be to continuously improve the program for supplier qualification and oversite to enable Galderma Uppsala to deliver products in compliance with market regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead implementation of Quality plans and programs to improve product quality and operations.
* Research and evaluate Quality policies for effective supplier management.
* Ensure annual supplier audit plans are in place.
* Provide strategic support for supplier management in different projects.
* Execute supplier management and quality policies to foster high performance and talent retention.
* Prioritize and coordinate changes to Quality policies and processes as needed.
* Analyse ongoing supplier issues and escalate when necessary.
* Identify and implement improvement programs and policies to better meet Galderma's needs.
Skills & Qualifications
* University degree within a relevant field
* Several years of experience within Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance (QA), preferably in the life science sector
* Documented knowledge in ISO13485 and/or GMP
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Proven experience in a leading role, demonstrating the ability to guide and influence team members effectively and drive project success
* Audit experience within clinical and/or commercial manufacturing is an advantage
