hela Sverige As manager for Storage Mainframe & iSeries you will have the functional as well as the line responsibility for the deliveries and quality of the services within legacy platforms ? from a storage perspective. It also includes the development of assigned products connected to decided storage solutions within the area. When it comes to the financial accountability and making sure that we deliver according to established targets, you will have Product Mangers reporting to you. You are also responsible for delivering needed skills to handle run-time and one-time deliveries. As part of your work you will have global teams coordinating the day to day business.
You will be the line manager for the people working in Sweden for Storage Backup and will be part of the Storage Services Management Team, reporting to the manager for Storage Services.
The Storage Services Management Team will set the agenda based on deliveries to the customers, established through high quality and short lead times, which means that these kind of topics are driven by the management team. As a member of the management team you are expected to take an active part in activities and act according to given tasks.

Main functional responsibilities
• Operations and technical support of infrastructure products in production ? ensuring SLS/OLS are met
• Ensure that agreed delivery times & cost commitments for one-time deliveries of existing services are met
• Development of the storage Mainframe and iSeries area
• Monitoring and incident management for all run-time services connected to the area
• Product Management (maintenance & enhancement, financials of appointed products)
• Optimize infrastructure products and services (quality and cost)
As the organizational structure matures it is possible that some tasks are added or removed from the group's scope and by that the functional responsibility for the manager of the group may change
Profile
