We need to perform high class Procurement in order to support Aeronautics program and production strategy and as well as deliver and support in the supply chain of our customer flows. The challenge ahead for procurement is within source to production, establish stable supply chain capabilities for production in Linköping as well as Brazil and US.
We are now looking for Manager candidates responsible for leading a sourcing team within product category material area.
You will be a member of the leadership team within Aeronautics Procurement Sourcing and report to Head of Procurement Sourcing
Your role
You will lead a team of ~10 people with full responsibility for effective Strategic Sourcing to support ongoing Gripen- and T7 programs and contribute to the achievement of the outcomes expected of the Procurement team.
Your main responsibilities are

Secure sourcing and performance in supply to Aeronautics production

Secure sourcing and performance in supply in various Programs and potential new customer campaigns
*
Optimize cost
*
Secure procurement strategy within your product scoop supporting Program and production strategy
*
Securing business compliance towards internal and external business requirement
*
Establishing and maintain well-developed supplier relationships with key suppliers
Your profile
As a member of procurement sourcing leadership team you are expected to contribute to the success of Procurement Sourcing and expected to collaborate cross boarders and work with colleagues and stakeholders within SAAB and Aeronautics and establish and maintain good relations.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
