We are now hiring a Site Logistic Manager to the Stenungsund location and is looking for you who wants to continue our journey towards "Goal Zero" and lead the overall of the Site Logistic Operations.
As our new leader, we expect you to take on the challenge and lead the PE Logistic team, reach excellence within HMS, quality and cost, mainly by coaching the leaders, and continuously contributions.
You will drive performance throughout long- and short-term plans regarding investments and the organizational setup, lead and implement local blueprint studies and further full roll out, incl. review of saving contributions and proper change management. You will also be responsible for the site logistic team excellence, leading the global site logistics team including responsibility of the complete site customs & excise matters. You will also support strategic plans for the local Material handling assets. Give input to / identify MAFO Capex investments.
You will work closely with the local team of Site Logistics and leadership (HSE, PA&T, TD&E, etc), the management team of Site Logistics and BOSC and other important functions within Borealis. As a member of the Local Leadership Team, you will represent the site logistics organisation (material handling, order execution, dispatch and distribution operations) into the local leadership team & manages good relations with the unions and the employees ' representatives for blue & white collars.
If we cannot do it safe, we will not do it at all.
In this position, you are responsible for all relevant HSE, Quality, operational, cost & service aspects.
We need your contribution to develop and deliver the overall PO BOSC and Asset Strategy as well as the delivery of the PO Strategy. You will also be responsible for implementing & supporting the strategy regarding the material handling service level, TCTS performance, and order fulfilment as well as complaint performance improvements.

The implementation of all the OPEX aspects into the material handling & order fulfilment organisation.
Responsible for local implementation of cost efficiency and differentiation in packaging solutions and decides on implementation path & prioritization on reaching performance targets regarding safety, costs and service level.
Responsible for legal, HSE & audit/ ISO compliance for local logistic operations.
Responsible for local logistic business planning input on fixed & variable costs. As well as contribution to local pre & feasibility studies and working budget execution.
Contributes to increased customer awareness and represent voice of the customer into the local logistic organisation.

About you
You are the right person for us if you have an engineering degree (Msc), leadership experience regarding both white and blue collar and a background from production. You lead by example, has a demonstrated Safety leadership aiming for goal Zero and experience in implementing all processes / Tools & standard on safety as well as continuous improvement. We also need you to have knowledge related to logistics & OTC processes; logistics assets and technology, and understanding of the PO market/customer requirements.
Native Swedish language or at a business level is an advantage, English is a requirement.

a proven ability to lead cross-functional organisations, include management of union relations, and a demonstrated ability to lead and execute local improvements projects and studies?
excellent influencing skill while being communicative (in English and Swedish at business level), dialogue engaging, inspiring & motivating throughout your genuine personal leadership?
a financial and commercial literacy?
