Manager SharePoint and Business Intelligence Services
As Manager SharePoint and Business Intelligence Services you will be working in a rapidly changing environment with many new demands and initiatives. Services will be based upon strategic technology and with high usage and visibility in the Volvo Cars organization. This position will develop maintenance services, organization and team members.
The position as Manager SharePoint and Business Intelligence Services includes maintenance and operations responsibility for following services: Common Portal (HR, Supplier and Retailer), Intranet, SharePoint Sites, Search, Office 365, Business Intelligence and Volvo Data Warehouse. You will lead a team of Service Owners and Specialist Consultants. As Manager SharePoint and Business Intelligence Services you will report to Senior Manager Enterprise Application Services.
Enterprise Application Services (EAS) is part of Application Management Services (AMS) within Volvo Cars IT. EAS provides enterprise shared solutions cross business and IT globally at Volvo Cars. Services are provided both in-house, via cloud and outsourcing partners.
Job profile:
• Participate in Enterprise Application Services Management Team
• Support projects throughout the lifecycle and participate as a Steering Committee member
• Participate in customer, IT and supplier forums
• Secure service maintainability on new solutions
• Drive internal maintenance projects
• Drive lifecycle management for application portfolio
• Support IT Strategy work
• Implement sourcing strategy and challenge the existing supplier contract portfolio
• Work with financial budget and forecast responsibility
• Develop organization and team members
Your profile:
• M.Sc in Engineering, Business Administration or Information Technology
• A minimum of 7 years experience in Information Technology
• Microsoft Collaboration Services, Service Management and outsourcing experience
• Management experience and strong people management skills
• Global mindset and ability to work in virtual multicultural teams
• Well developed social skills, organisational sensitivity and high integrity
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
