Your workplace
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
You will be part of the Sensors Command and Control department, a part of the Logtronics division in the Support and Services business area. We are now growing in the Artillery domain, and with our focus on customer relations we are recruiting one systems engineer at our future office in Boden. We are currently active in Norrtälje, Gothenburg, Linköping, Växjö, Halmstad, Stockholm and Karlskrona. We are mainly focused on radar and missiles where we offer all kind of services. From the early stages of the procurement process of new weapons and radar systems, all the way to MRO services in our workshops in Växjö and Åryd/Risinge.
Our current operations within the Artillery segment are based on our role as being the depot level for ARTHUR (Artillery Hunting Radar) and VSU (weather, sounding equipment).
Your role
In your role, you will work to grow our business within the artillery domain working in close cooperation with the end customer.
You will also be responsible for administration of the site office. You will work in close cooperation with our office in Växjö.
Your qualifications
Since this is a new position at a new site for Saab, you need to have good social skills, be business minded and be well acquainted with the regiment's structures in Boden.
We prefer you to have a technical background with knowledge/skill within the following areas:
• ARTHUR
• VSU
• Mortar Systems
• Artillery systems in general
• Good social skills
• Business minded
You are fluent at writing and speaking both Swedish and English.
If you are also an independent person who is highly motivated, proactive and find it easy to deal with different types of people, you will enjoy working with us at Support and Services.
