Your role

You will hold an important role in leading activities within the Win Business process ranging over several Business Units, Departments and other Business Areas within Saab.

As Manager Sales Support and Change Management you will be Aeronautics Driver for Win Business, one of Saab 's main processes, with a role to implement Win Business and Customer Relationship Management tool within Aeronautics. You will be operational responsible on BA-level for creating and coordinating Aeronautics Long Term Order Intake Plan, Order Intake Budgets and Forecasts.

You will be a part of Win Business process team on corporate level and drive Aeronautics back-office with representatives from other departments, you will among others work with Sales Managers in Aeronautics Business Units, CRM superusers and financial department.

Your profile

We expect you to have a high level of business understanding and are interested in develop sales acumen.

You hold great leadership skills, possess a collaborative team oriented attitude and enjoy acting in a complex business landscape. You are highly structured, a good communicator and have an aptitude for strategic thinking and solution-oriented creativity.

We expect you to have relevant education at university level and have some years in a business or process oriented landscape.

Very good language skills in swedish and english is required.

Great consideration will be given to your personal qualities and experience.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

In total Marketing, Sales & Commercial, MS&C are around 60 dedicated people tasked to market and sell the world-leading Gripen fighter aircraft system on the international arena. We believe in always striving for winning and executing healthy and profitable business based on a strong knowledge base and sound commercial terms.
