Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We are now looking for a Manager Safety and Fuel Services within Consumer Services Construction Equipment and Penta. You will in close collaboration with our two main Business Areas and customers develop services that will help grow the existing services portfolio of Safety and Fuel related services. You will in this position take responsibility to put in place a roadmap, way of working and cross functional team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with business areas and customers, establish a roadmap for safety and fuel related services based on identified needs and available connected assets
Grow the safety, security and fuel related services portfolio, beyond machine specific services
Develop, improve and maintain the new services to be high performing over the life cycle
Lead the way of a minimal viable product approach and user oriented services
Build, develop and lead a high performing team and innovation culture

The position is based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg, Sweden.

We believe that you have a good knowledge of how connectivity, together with a genuine interest in understanding the needs of our business areas and customer, can be used to bring safety and fuel services area forward helping to improve value to our customers. You have a proven track record of working with connected services. You are passionate for people, customer value and technology.
You have a Master's degree or equivalent as the basis for your career. You are fluent in English. International business experience is a merit. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and references.
