We are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. How will you make an impact?For more than 40 years, we have been focused on delivering results, and we are proud to report that, in that time, we have maintained leadership in allergy testing and become one of the world's leading autoimmune disease test providers.This role will allow you to not only have a positive impact on people around the world who suffer from allergies and auto-immune diseases, you will also be able to motivate, inspire and develop your RA team. What will you do? You will be the manager of a team of 13 very competent and engaged coworkers. The team is responsible for global registrations and regulatory support for the allergy products. Important tasks for the team is to register new products, maintain current global product licenses, assess new regulatory requirements and general regulatory support to the IDD organization. As the leader of the team, you will drive the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and compliance.You have a great interest in people management and find it stimulating to support the team members to develop their skills. You will be a member of the Regulatory Affairs leadership team, and collaborate with the other regulatory teams on process development and other common areas of interest. The position requires that you have the skills to drive the team efforts to meet goals and timelines as well as collaborate with other functions, mainly Global Marketing, R&D and QA.How will you get here?ExperienceExperienced manager with 2-5 years in the diagnostic or medical device related areaStrong regulatory experience gained from a medical device or diagnostics environmentPrevious people management experienceKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSelf-motivated, willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improveExcellent communication and influencing skillsFluent in Swedish as well as professional level of EnglishTo succeed in this role you have to be quality oriented, responsible and put the customer in focus. Your personal skills are coaching, communicative and ability to multi task. Leadership experience is very important, as is experience of working cross-functionally.
