We are looking for an organized and engaging leader to join our RAN Delivery team within our Networks division. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
As the Manager for RAN rollout you will lead a team consisting of 24 people working with site acquisition, civil works, project management, quality and documentation. Together with the team, you will be responsible rolling out our new mobile network, which also includes 5G and transmission network rollout and swap.
As the manager for the RAN rollout you will be a part of the Mobile Networks management team. The department Mobile Networks is responsible for the radio planning, mobile core, value added services and radio network rollout. It is a central and important function of Telenor in order to deliver a high-quality end-user experience.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that rollout targets are met not only in sites but also in terms of quality, documentation and cost with a smooth handover to operations. You are also expected to interact with key stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors both internally and externally e.g. joint ventures and selected partners ensuring the rollout is done in a timely and cost efficient manner. You will be in the middle of a very exciting journey within Telenor!
Who are you
To succeed in this position, we believe you should have:
* Several years of leadership experience
* Fluency in Swedish and English (oral and verbal)
* Experience from the telco industry and especially radio rollouts and swaps (from an operator or vendor side)
* Understand Swedish work environment laws and regulations (such as BAS-P and BAS-U)
* Structured and process-oriented but also adaptive as new hurdles arise
* Feel comfortable with reporting and presenting to senior management
* Transparent in your way of work
* Coaching managerial style
