Our Qualification Testing team is growing and we're seeking a Manager of Qualification Testing. As the Manager of Qualification Testing, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of testing across all laboratories. Ensure great customer satisfaction
As the manager of our electrical test department, you will be responsible for the quality of the testing executed by our Test leaders and Test engineers. You will also be accountable for internal and external customer satisfaction. By overseeing compliance with standards and protocols you ensure the quality of testing in the laboratories.
Your primary tasks:
• Support and lead test leaders and test engineers in production development and improvement, as well as product quality & occupational safety.
• Identify and address capability needs, develop maintenance plans, and conduct internal training sessions.
• Foster strong customer relationships, seek feedback for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure that goals for the department and investments budgets are developed and followed.
• Drive NKT Karlskrona's energy efficiency projects.
You will be a part of a skilled team of colleagues placed mainly in Karlskrona.

Additionally, your CV comprises:
• A master's degree in engineering and/or work experience within the high voltage field.
• Demonstrated interest in technology
• Technical work experience
