hela Sverige Do you have what it takes to lead our EMEA Services Pulp Project Management team?
We are looking for you who wants the challenge to lead the Pulp Project Management team, where you have overall responsibility to ensure successful project deliveries in EMEA for our Pulp customers.
Your main task is to maintain and ensure excellence in project management and oversee that our projects are delivered in compliance with agreed cost, schedule, quality targets and Valmet guidelines, meeting and even exceeding the customer expectations.
You will be part of Pulp Services Management team and key enabler to ensure successful execution of fluent end to end deliveries to our customers.
You will report to Director, Project Management Office and be a member of the EMEA project PMO management team.
The team you will lead is a well-functioning team with a lot of experience. The team consists of 12 members in several locations both in Sweden and in Finland. So, if you have experience of leading team at different location it's a bonus.
Requirements:
Demonstrated track record of people management, leadership, and coaching skills
Ability to network, build relationships internally and externally, able to create trust and orchestrate resources
Strong track record in managing service and/or capital projects, responsibility for high-value contracts and project portfolios preferably in an international setting and multi-project environment
Experience in leading project management units/organizations or operations and/or P&L responsibility
Strong commercial acumen and ability to quickly grasp business drivers, forecast and do financial planning and estimation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Sweden & English, both written and oral, other languages are an asset
M.Sc., B.Sc., BBA or equivalent
