The GPHE Product Group has global responsibility for manufacturing and supplying Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE). We are approximately 1.000 employees working across the globe supporting our customer's requirements. Our products are sold across all our divisions Energy, Food & Water and Marine.

About the job
You will manage a team of project leaders working with the introduction of products into our factories and development of factory processes. You will have contact with our nine factories, production support, R&D and Product Management. You and your team will contribute to the growth of GPHE.
The other teams in Operations Development for GPHE are driving projects with the use of the latest edge technology within Industry 4.0. In total, including your team, we are 25 highly motivated people working in three multi-disciplinary and pro-active teams.
The position reports to the Head of OD and is based in Lund. As we work with our factories worldwide some travelling (20-40 days/year) is required.
What you know
We believe you have a M Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with solid work and leadership experience. You have extensive experience in project management within industry.
Solid factory and product knowledge, including ERP and PDM systems, is an advantage.
You are fluent in verbal and written English and Swedish.
