We are now recruiting a Manager Project Office to Getinge Infection Control! This position represents a key role within the Global Logistics organization with the aim to manage, control and coordinate the planning and execution of Global Logistics development projects and to ensure efficient collaboration and resource sharing with the business area Program Management Office (PMO).

The position
In this position you will be overall responsible for the management of a Global Logistics Project Office team. You will become part of the Global Logistics Management team and will report to Director, Global Logistics, Getinge Infection Control.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Management of a dedicated global project office for logistics initiatives, along with the necessary planning tools and processes.
• Personnel responsibility for a smaller team
• Assume ownership of Global Logistics project portfolio and drive strategic development together with senior management (Director Global Logistics and Regional Logistics management)
• Develop, prioritize and plan project activities and establish project budgets to ensure adherence to general business targets
• Actively lead and/or participate in and/or monitor portfolio projects to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
• Identify, assess and minimize project risks to ensure delivery
• Development and continuous improvement of the project department, planning tools and processes of all areas needed to ensure efficient project delivery and adherence to PMO standards
• Resource planning and staffing of projects in liaison with global and regional logistics management teams as well as business area PMO
• Ensure that procurement and management of external resources is performed in an efficient and professional manner
• Work with all areas of the organization and liaise with business area PMO to ensure efficient planning and optimal resource utilization
• Establish, follow up, monitor and relay performance goals and measures to Director Global Logistics, Director PMO and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. project steering groups)
• Support Director Global Logistics and regional logistics management with general logistics development
• Analyze general logistics/operations business models and future development potentials.
The primary location is Getinge, but working part time from Malmö or Göteborg is also possible.
International and domestic travel is estimated to approximately 20-30 days per year.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have around 3-7 years of experience as a Logistics/Supply Chain consultant, alternatively around of 7-10 years of experience from Logistics/Supply Chain management in a global organization.
Some of your key characteristics include:
• University degree in Engineering/Business and/or Logistics Management
• Experience from indirect leadership in a global environment
• Experience of direct leadership is advantageous but not required
• Excellent track record from change management and/or multinational improvement projects and proven project management skills
• Commercial experience
• In depth understanding of material planning and ERP-systems, preferably from Movex / M3 / SAP
• Strong command of written and fluently spoken English
