Dina arbetsuppgifter
As manager for project office you will be responsible for a team of project managers and production product managers. Your team will be responsible for realization of product transfers to other production sites as well as product master. You will work close together with R&D and other units within supply.
To be successful in this position it is necessary to have a strong ability to drive and motivate as well as follow-up plans, status and deliveries. You will need to have a flexible way of working, strategic thinking and an ability to prioritize and achieve results. Focus on process development and evolving the business is a very important mission for this role.
This position will be part of the management team within product and project office and report to section manager for product and project office, within the Technology & Quality department.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The formal education required for this job is a bachelor or masters degree within engineering or related field of study, or equivalent theoretical or practical competence.
Professional / technical competence:
• good understanding of project and supply processes
• good writing and verbal skills in Swedish as well as in English are a prerequisite since the work involves a lot of internal and external contacts
• experience from working in a multi-cultural environment is a merit
• experience of Ericsson product portfolio is a merit.
Leadership and human competence:
• management and leadership skills according to Ericsson Ways of Leading.
• flexible with a holistic view of processes and interfaces
• highly result driven and focused on continues improvements and good knowledge about target setting and follows up
• good project manager skills
• ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
• responsible and service minded
