Right now we are looking for an experienced leader who is interested in Product Development in general and Project Management in particular. As a person you enjoy working in teams and have the ability to inspire and develop your colleagues. Since the job consists of a net of contacts internally and externally, your networking skills are highly valued.
Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the complete delivery of Product development projects. Project Management Engineering belongs to the PMO and is responsible for the technical part of development projects. The areas of responsibilities are design, verification & validation, purchasing and manufacturing.

Competence Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have experience from:
• Leadership. You are an appreciated and experienced leader. You have a simple and straightforward way of leading and are appreciated for your ability to develop and bring the best out of individuals as well as organization
• Managing Product Development projects of high complexity
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork. You have excellent relationship- and interpersonal skills and can easily reach across functions, processes and organization when needed
• M.Sc. or equivalent education
