Automation Solutions is looking for a manager who will focus on program and project management. The Program Management team today include four Project Managers and will be further expanded into new areas connected to our roadmaps. The manager for Program Management will be part of the Automation Solutions management team, but also part of the Project Management community in Tetra Pak. In this position a passion for technologies and results, creativity and a structured strategic mindset are required. The main stakeholders are the market companies and the Technical Service organisation.
In this role you will have a unique opportunity to influence your own work and Tetra Pak's future. You will work in a unique area at the core of Tetra Pak were your responsibilities will be:
• Lead a team of experienced Project Managers
• Set clear objectives and drive performance in the programs
• Lead strategic planning of programs based on approved roadmaps
• Lead budgeting of project activities in Automation Solutions
• Lead implementation of new Product Creation process in Automation Solutions
• Support governance of projects and project pulsing activities
• Deliver the portfolio of system integration projects according to business needs in line with key stakeholder's expectations
• Develop system integration project management capability
• Drive, develop & negotiate partnership agreements with suppliers

You have excellent communication skills and presentation skills. You possess cultural sensitivity along with negotiation skills and business awareness and are very good at forming peer to peer relationship and to build bridges between people, functions and views. Experience and knowledge of supplier evaluation, contracting and capacity management are seen as great merits.
Project management perspective and skills for non traditional package products with special demands on very broad stakeholder management are important. You have a relevant education within project management and a university degree in engineering. You have at least five years experience as line or project manager. The position requires travelling typically 10-20% of your time.
The Automation Solutions organisation is responsible for development, roll-out and maintaining world class automation platforms used by processing business units, packaging platforms and market companies in their products and deliveries. Automation Solutions consists of 70 automation engineers in Modena and Lund.
