Publiceringsdatum2010-04-21Dina arbetsuppgifterAs manager for production process support you will be responsible for a team of industrial engineers and the mechanical workshop. Your responsibility is to lead the group that supports the master production in Kumla and to participate in transfers within our master responsibility.
Your group supports the master production with:
• manage the daily support in line and process meetings, measurement and analyze of data and performance from assigned part/parts of the HW Make Process
• capacity calculation, meaning define and maintain assembly instructions, balancing and efficiency planning of production lines
• developing fixtures and tools for products and production lines
• define, create and implement education activities related to products and process
• participate in NPI/TPI (New Product Introduction / Transfer Product Introduction) projects and contact person against our production partners ex EMS.
This position will report to the section manager for industrial engineering within the Technology & Quality department.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The formal education required for this job is a bachelor or masters degree within engineering or related field of study, or equivalent theoretical or practical competence. We think that you have management skills with proven leadership results in previous positions. You need to be results driven, have a focus on excellence, lead by example and qualify every day. You are customer focused and have the ability to see the big picture. Of course you have strong communications skills.
You should also have:
• IS/IT competence, Office
• knowledge of statistics, yellow belt level in Six Sigma is preferred
• presentation skills, verbal as well as written
• language skills, fluent in Swedish and good in English, verbal as well as written.
Experience in manufacturing and engineering are preferred.
You are familiar in production finance and are result oriented, that includes taking initiative, ability to seek and use relevant information, problem solving and to be creative. Furthermore you have a genuine interest in people and have a cultural awareness. You enjoy achieving working results with high quality and on time.
To be successful in this position it is necessary to have a strong ability to drive and motivate as well as follow-up plans, status and deliveries. You will need to have a flexible way of working, strategic thinking and an ability to prioritize and achieve results.
