We are now looking for a
Manager Product Parts to Husqvarna Construction
Husqvarna Construction is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.
As part of the part of Aftermarket & Service organization, you will lead Product Parts Management team within Parts & Accessories. Your main responsibilities are to operationally and strategically support the service, spare parts, consumables and accessories business for the whole Husqvarna Construction Division.
As a Manager Product Parts
• .you will be responsible for the strategically and operationally support Spare Parts assortment as well as coach and lead your team on different sites and countries.
Your responsibilities will, among others, be:
• Manage and hold ownership of Spare Parts & Accessories (Accessories & Consumables) product portfolio for the entire product lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate brand licensing activities to drive new businesses and adjacent opportunities.
• Coordinate P&A data management in key ERP's and Support Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) data
• Manage Technical Documentation activities and roles
• Support pricing processes
• Be a change agent within the organization
Develop product plans and ambition for the spare parts and accessories business
Establish partnerships to drive new businesses including strategic adjacent product areas
Secure initial volume and forecasting of new spare parts
• Drive improvement activities including processes updates, tools implementation, reports, etc
Who are you?
We see that you have a strong analytical and strategic mind-set as well as capability to follow up and drive progress. You have strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate, develop, and retain talents for a high performing team. Proactively proposing changes and improvements on processes and ways of working with a holistic approach.
You have a have a university degree and have been working in similar roles for several years. Proven working experience on a matrix organization with global/multi-site environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers. Exellent in English skills is a must, any other language is considered a plus
Location
Jonsered, just outside of Goehtenburg. Within Husqvarna, we apply a hybrid work model.
