The position
The Product and Data Management team is a new and innovative group specializing in product data and integrations. We develop and operate in-house systems and manage other critical business areas such as PIM, CAD, and PLM. This role involves managerial duties and hands-on coding, while overseeing product owners to ensure seamless system integration and data management. To succeed, you need a passion for coding, and you must enjoy cutting-edge technology and prioritize quality. The Roxtec IT department, based in Karlskrona, Sweden, handles development, operations, and support for all 30 subsidiaries around the world, maintaining and developing all systems from ERP to special applications.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Actively participate in coding and development tasks alongside your team.
• Manage and support product owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
• Oversee the development and integration of systems such as PIM, CAD, and PLM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
You will also:
• Help the team deliver any tasks that are needed.
• Assist in creating and evaluating requirements, both internally and with external partners.
• Ensure continuous improvements within the area.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT development and team management.
• Strong coding skills in .Net and/or other modern programming languages.
• Experience in systems like PIM, CAD and PLM.
• Experience in cloud solutions, especially Google cloud.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
