hela Sverige You will direct and co-ordinate operations with high quality leadership in our product development team to ensure world class products and system integration, aligning product roadmaps, phase outs, the interfaces and relations between all products, sub-systems and product owners for both hardware and software.
Responsible for continuous improvements within your functional responsibilities combined with exceptional communication with all stakeholder interfaces, as a leader your ambition should be to utilize everyone's experiences and competencies in the best possible way in order to give the highest impact to our business.
This is a newly created opportunity to provide leadership and direction within the Product Management area which offers excellent scope and exposure for an agile, technically apt professional, who has a demonstrable track record of showing resourcefulness and capability within a similar challenging working environment. This interesting and cross functional role will hold people accountable and proactively drive delivery in customer projects regionally.
You should also demonstrate:
- A good commercial awareness and knowledge of several disciplines within a sub function and how their processes and resources interact with other disciplines within the sub-function.
- Contribution to improvements in processes & flows.
- Knowledge of engineering leadership.
- Responsibility for growth and development of direct reports, including performance reviews, salary reviews and decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions.
- Adaptation of plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership experience in similar field of work.
- BSc or MA or corresponding technical experience.
- We work in large parts of the world and travel is part of the job, some periods often and sometimes within short notice. The area of ??responsibility is big, so your interest must be wide, and nothing is impossible!
